The Cultural Center presents regional, national and internationally recognized artists, and is host to community performances, presentations, exhibits and art classes.
Located in the Lakewood City Commons across from the Belmar Shopping Area at Wadsworth and Alameda, the 38,000 square foot Lakewood Cultural Center offers a state-of-the-art 316-seat theater, the Artisan Showcase gift shop, rotating juried exhibits in multiple gallery spaces, meeting spaces, art classrooms, lobby space and free, well-lit parking. The Lakewood Cultural Center is close to shopping, restaurants, the Belmar Library, Belmar Park and Lakewood’s Heritage Center.

From 6th Ave – 6th Avenue to Wadsworth Boulevard south, west on Alameda to S. Allison Parkway, south on Allison Parkway two blocks to the roundabout. The other option is 6th Avenue to Wadsworth Boulevard south, west on W. Virginia Avenue to roundabout.
From I-70 -- I-70 to Wadsworth Boulevard south, west on Alameda to S. Allison Parkway, south on S. Allison Parkway two blocks to the roundabout. The other option is 6th Avenue to Wadsworth Boulevard south, west on W. Virginia Avenue to roundabout.
